Community and Content Standard Guidelines
iVoiceNetwork and its affiliates and content partners are targeting a family audience and subject to FCC (Federal Communication Commission) standards, regulations and restrictions. Infringement of FCC requirements may also be subject to fines, penalties and criminal charges. All users, customers, advertisers, or publishers within the iVoiceNetwork or affiliate sites are subject to these regulations.
iVoiceNetwork and application extensions are designed to extend current cable and network television content and as such falls under the same content requirements and restrictions.
A. Nudity or Indecency - iVoiceNetwork will maintain a zero tolerance policy toward registered members uploading, or including within any scene, cine, user image or any other publishable asset on the site any and all video, images, illustrations, or other content depicting nudity, or partial nudity, inclusive of pubic hair, nipple or other suggestive nudity.
B. Profanity, Obscenity and Gestures - iVoiceNetwork will maintain a zero tolerance policy toward registered members uploading or including within any scene, cine, user image or any other publishable asset on the site against any and all occurrences of profanity, obscenity, vulgar or obscene gestures within any audio, video, image, illustration or name.
C. Malicious, Vindictive or Harmful Intent - iVoiceNetwork will maintain a zero tolerance policy toward registered members uploading or including within any scene, cine, script (or dialogue), video, user image or any other publishable content any content that would be perceived as malicious or harmful towards show producers or studios, primary characters or actors, advertisers or others involved in show production and publication in any way. Malicious, vindictive or harmful may extend into item D below.
D. Show Continuity and Entertainment Content - iVoiceNetwork and affiliate partners are part of an entertainment experience and are not a social forum. Viewer and member content submitted, uploaded, or otherwise associated with this site is expected to reflect the primary (studio owned) episode culture, tone, and context. Bad acting is permitted, however, submitting or uploading disruptive, destructive or intentionally mocking, satirical, sardonic, or spoof content or otherwise inappropriate content is not permitted. As a SHARED and SOCIAL entertainment experience, this type of content is disruptive to other viewers.
E. Immediate Loss of License – Violation of any of the above community content guidelines may result in immediate removal of content and loss and cancellation of the underlying iVoiceNetwork license.
